So it’s been over a week since my birthday and I still haven’t blogged about it. Bad bad Josie… I think I may require a spanking!
Now without further ado, here is what my birthday weekend was like…
Thursday I picked up my best friend Katy from the airport. We had lunch at one of favorite shwarma spots by the beach, went thrifting, and saw new new Harry Potter movie.
Friday we had a beach picnic and went swimming. The weather was amazing – no rain or anything! I ended up getting a mild case of sun poisoning though so that kind of sucked… and I got bit in the ankle by a red ant on my way home. I felt pretty shitty and was bright red and covered in a gross rash from most of Friday evening but I felt fine by morning… minus the ankle swelling that took about 5 days to go down.
Saturday we went shopping during the day and went out to one of my favorite bars after dinner. I ended up burning the roof of my mouth on a late-night slice of pizza… I had really bad luck that weekend, I guess.
Sunday was hangover day and we didn’t do much except go out to Hibachi for dinner. I took Katy back to the airport Monday morning and spent the rest of my birthday relaxing. Big thanks to everyone who sent me birthday wishes and presents. You guys rock!

@joiseydani sent me Zak Sabbath Smith’s nw book, We Did Porn (and Watchmen on DVD!). I’ll post a full review when I finish redeaing it.

Damn…my birthdays are boring in comparison, but I’m glad you had a good one. And thanks for the cleavage shot. I know, a very male response, but it had to be said.

that’s clutch looks soo cute!
and i can’t wait to read your review of We Did Porn…it looks interesting…then again i think my interest is usually present when reading anything that seems to have to do with sex…
